Before Tony Sposato entered the “green
industry”, he was a graduate of Salisbury University, MD,
captain of one of the nation's top lacrosse programs, not to mention
a succesful teacher and coach at the Ceasar Rodney School District
for four years.
Fellow teachers and previous students/athletes
would agree with Sposato Landscape’s current employees
and customers who think Tony has a natural way with conducting
himself and inspiring Excellence.
Today the company prides itself on its multi-national
labor force and nearly 2000 contracts. This kind of organization
is the reflection of his basic principles/policies. It’s
about on-going self-improvement, coupled with team performance
to win consumer support, and a major share of the landscaping
market.
