Internship Program

Our internship program has been designed to give students hands on experience in both field and managerial work. The main goal is to give students an understanding of day to day operations in a full-service landscape company. This program is tailored to the summer break length, educational requirements and industry interests of the student. Students will spend 3-4 weeks in a division, spending the majority of the time in the field learning the technical aspects of the jobs. The last few days of the rotation will be spent with the manager learning about company policy and procedure and customer service. When the rotation is complete, they will move on to another division.

• Cross training - The opportunity to work in multiple divisions at both the crew member and management level to gain a greater understanding of both the company and industry.
• Evaluations - Interns will be evaluated and will have the have the opportunity to evaluate their experience at the midpoint and end of their experience.
• Management Training - Interns will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside Field Managers and participate in any scheduled company or client meetings.
• Career Opportunities - Upon the completion of the internship and graduation, the intern will become eligible for full time opportunities.
